Architects will take on the work from the concept design stage to the completion of the project. This process consists of the following basic phases.

CONCEPT DESIGN  (CD)

Present the initial concept design to the client.

• Receive information and design needs of customers.
• Survey, analyze and evaluate the current state of construction land.
• Propose design tasks, working schedule and design orientation.
• Present the concept design through 2D drawings, reference images.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN (SD)

Present the complete design.

• Present structural design through 2D drawings, perspective drawings, models.
• Suggest using finishing materials.

 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT (DD)

Design development phase after receiving customer feedback.

• Develop 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Preliminary structural drawing.
• Preliminary M&E drawings.
• The drawing which is permitted to construct.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT

Complete the necessary documents, proceed to the construction phase.

• Complete deployment architecture.
• Complete structural drawing.
• Complete electrical drawing.
